From what age can my child use the support?
The stand is designed for children who can stand, generally from 7 months old . It accompanies your child's growth until they are approximately 4 years old .
What is the maximum weight it can support?
The structure is tested to safely support a maximum weight of 15 kg .
Can the stand slide on the shower floor?
No. The base is equipped with anti-slip pads to guarantee total stability, even on a wet and soapy surface.
Is the stand height adjustable?
Yes, the central rod is telescopic . You can adjust the height of the "duck" so that it reaches the child's chest level, providing optimal support according to their size.
Is the child secured in the carrier?
The product is designed as a stabilizing support , not a restraint harness, allowing the child to feel free while still being held. The ergonomic ring prevents lateral and forward tipping.
How do I clean the shower holder?
It's very simple! A quick wipe with a mild soap and sponge is all it takes. The materials are treated to resist mold and limescale. We recommend rinsing it with clean water after each use and storing it in a dry place to allow it to air dry.
Does it take up a lot of space in the bathroom?
We've thought about small bathrooms. The stand can be easily moved out of the shower or bath once drying is complete.
Are the materials safe for a baby's skin?
Absolutely. The product is made of high-density plastic free of BPA and phthalates , meeting the strictest European childcare standards.
Shipping and returns
What are the delivery times?
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please allow 6 to 12 business days for delivery to your home.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a link to view the real-time tracking of your package.
The product is not suitable for me, can I return it?
Of course. You have 14 days after receipt to return the product to us, provided that it is in its original condition, unused in the shower for hygiene reasons, and in its original packaging.
